Lucid Music

The vehicle of music is flesh and blood. The vehicle and the message cannot be separated. The moment the musician picks up his instrument he is entering the fluctuating territory of manifestation and existence that he shares with the listener.

These pieces build up a mood of dramatic expectancy,
but there is no plot,
just a continued conjuring up of imminent narrative potentialities
that never condense about a storyline.
Different sections are juxtaposed,
the two merge indistinguishably
as the crescendo rises to a great barrage of noise.

Emotions

Emotions are manifested in human beings in a physical way.
Literally 'emotion' means "outward movement", which implies impulse towards action.
Emotion may either be expressed or suppressed.
The supression of emotion reflects a pyschophysical denial of self.
